Quote and acceptance
The quote defines the product, subject count, dimensions, style, fittings, design scope, price, delivery and applicable charges. No payment is collected by the photo submission form. If a configuration or delivery route cannot be confirmed, we explain the limitation before accepting an order.
Design approval and production
Review the current design version carefully. Approval records the version and file fingerprint you accepted. A new preview requires fresh approval. Production is released after payment is verified and the latest version approved. A screen preview is not an exact physical color or finish sample.
