The journey at a glance
Choose a format and size, upload a clear reference, review your style preview and itemized quote, confirm your address, then pay when the payment service becomes available. After modeling, a separate pre-print review confirms the printable design. Printing, six quality checks, protective packing and tracked dispatch complete the journey.
01 Choose your format and upload photos
Select your product, style and size. Upload JPG or PNG references between 128 KB and 10 MB, more than 300 pixels on each side. Full-body standing photos suit figures. Evenly lit, centered close portraits suit reliefs. Couple and person-with-pet figures need two matching views.
02 Review the style preview and your quote
We review your reference and prepare a numbered preview. Ask for changes before approving it. Revision scope and any generation costs are confirmed individually; unlimited free revisions are not included. Check the delivery quote before accepting.
03 Model preparation and approval
After verified payment, the chosen design is prepared as a printable model. Under 8 cm, standard repairs address damage, printability and texture marks. At 8 cm and above, fine repair can restore detail and remove lighting artifacts. Repairs cannot invent unseen props, change your pose or recolor the design without agreement.
Each new preview version needs its own approval. Printing is blocked without a confirmed quote, payment record, approved current design and validated delivery address.
04 Print, inspect, pack and dispatch
The factory uses one-piece full-color resin printing. Finished parts have a matte surface and a light layer texture. Quality checks cover the agreed model, finish, size, fittings and protective packaging.
The supplied factory standard states dispatch within 7 days of a successful factory order. International carrier transit, customs and local holidays are additional. Your quote confirms the route and timing.
Factory handoff and delivery updates
Your reviewed request records the product and style IDs, size, chosen fittings, reference files and approved design version. Staff verify those fields before any supplier order is released. A new preview invalidates its previous approval.
The production sequence records the factory job reference, completed quality check, carrier and tracking number. A pending photo request cannot be shown as paid or shipped. Your private order page keeps quote, design and delivery updates together.
