Before printing
We review the selected style, size, visible pose and fittings against the approved design. Print preparation addresses broken faces, fragile floating details, texture marks and model integrity. Smaller figures have stricter limits on glasses, thin strands and tiny props.
Standard repair below 8 cm focuses on damage, printability and texture marks. Fine repair at 8 cm and above can restore detail and remove lighting artifacts. A pose change, unseen prop or recoloring needs a separate agreement.
Six checks before dispatch
The source supplies these checks, without a measured layer-thickness tolerance or a laboratory color specification. We do not assign invented accuracy figures.

Clear color expectations
The standard product is one-piece full-color resin with a matte surface and a light printed texture. Screen color, lighting and printed color differ. The factory reference describes approximately 10% variation for common colors and 15% for brown, red and black; these are supplier estimates, not instrumented guarantees.
Metallic, mirror and transparent effects are outside this print route. The current preview is the reference for approval, with material and size limitations explained before production.
If something arrives wrong
Keep the parcel and protective packaging. Send your order reference and clear photos through private support. The factory asks for reports within 7 days of receipt; applicable statutory rights remain available. We review size, damage or production discrepancies against your approved order.
