The website saves contact messages and provides a support reference. Email delivery will be enabled once the store mailbox is configured.
Private files and retention
Reference photos are used to review and fulfill your custom request. They are not published for marketing without separate permission. Private photo files are encrypted at rest and served only to the request owner or authorized staff.
Unsubmitted draft files are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Closed request files are removed after 180 days by the scheduled retention job. Order records required for legal or accounting purposes may be retained. Contact info@3dselfiefigurines.com to request access, correction or deletion.
Information we collect
A quote request stores your name, email, delivery country, selected product configuration, reference files, consent record and subsequent design or order updates. An account stores your email, display name and a password hash. The service uses a private browser session to protect guest requests.
Who can access it
Reference files are stored outside the public media library and served through ownership checks. You can access your request through its private link or the owning account. Authorized store operators use the files to review design and fulfilment. A production partner receives the information necessary for an agreed job; a separate marketing permission is required for public display.
Where an AI design-preview or modeling service is used for your request, the selected reference images and necessary design instructions are processed by the service provider for that job. This processing is separate from permission to publish your photo in marketing.
Cookies, analytics and external services
The site uses essential session, account and order cookies to protect private requests and maintain your sign-in. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are currently disabled. You can record your cookie preference and change it in the footer.
Configured production, payment and mail providers process the information needed for the agreed request. No customer photo is published in marketing without separate permission. Payment and sender details are confirmed before those services become active.
Retention and deletion
Unused draft files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days by default. For a completed or cancelled request, photo files are scheduled for deletion after 180 days by default. Active design and production requests remain available while the job is open. Order and accounting records can require separate retention. You may ask through the contact form for access, correction or deletion; we verify ownership before acting.
Protect your private link
Anyone with your secret request link may access its progress and design files. Keep it private and avoid forwarding it publicly. Contact us if you think access has been compromised. Never submit identity documents, payment card details or unrelated sensitive records as reference photos.
Privacy requests and international processing
Use the private contact form to ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or withdrawal of an optional permission. We verify ownership before disclosing or changing personal data. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not sell reference photos or use them for advertising profiles.
The production partner and design service are based in China. Your reference and the necessary job information may be processed there to fulfill your custom request. A quote and order identify the business and service details that apply to the request. This policy explains the actual workflow; it does not claim an independent GDPR or CCPA certification.
