Production before dispatch
The factory standard states dispatch within 7 days of a successful factory order. Design review and modeling happen before factory release. Carrier estimates start after dispatch and may change due to holidays, customs or local delivery.
Standard 200 g parcel estimates
The following estimates use the supplied forwarder’s YunExpress Standard Tracked ordinary-goods service. US standard parcels use the merchant-approved $11.15 estimate. All estimates apply the merchant shipping factor to the matching 200 g weight band and registration fee.
Packed or volumetric weight, remote-area surcharges, import tax, declared value, optional insurance and signature service can change the final charge. A heavier or multi-item order is quoted after parcel review. A final delivery quote is required before payment.
Japan is billed from 500 g under a first-weight tariff, even for a lighter parcel. Australia has three postal zones; the estimate spans those zones. These are carrier-specific rules, rather than a single worldwide flat rate.

Packing, customs and delivery details
Fragile resin items need protective cushioning and fitting-specific packing. Shipping is calculated on packed chargeable weight, rather than catalog item weight.
Use a complete deliverable street address, postal code, region and contact name. Route restrictions and remote-area status are checked before release. Customs declarations use the genuine product description and value.
Insurance and signature service are optional quoted services. Carrier compensation terms do not replace applicable customer rights.

Route acceptance and genuine value
The supplied standard ordinary-goods route has declared-value limits. Its US limit is $60 per parcel; Japan also has a $60 reference limit. Higher-value orders need a separately confirmed route and delivery quote. We never lower a genuine product value to fit a carrier limit.
The carrier route excludes branded products, sports-club markings and unlicensed character or logo designs. Photos that include such markings require a design and delivery review. Only ordinary goods are accepted; batteries, liquids and prohibited items do not belong in this service.
The standard route excludes Amazon warehouse addresses. Military, commercial, offshore and remote addresses have destination-specific restrictions. Australia needs a postal zone; Japan excludes remote islands and some regions. A complete residential address and full recipient name help avoid customs delays.
Chargeable weight and packing
Most destinations compare actual packed weight with volumetric weight using length × width × height in cm divided by 8000. Japan uses 9000 and a 500 g minimum. Canada has a special actual-versus-volumetric rule and a 50 g minimum. Final dimensions, increments and weight bands are checked before quotation.
A protective carton and individually cushioned resin parts are required. Minimum parcel dimensions apply to several destinations. Oversize or irregular parcels can incur additional charges and need carrier acceptance. Catalog figurine weight is not the shipping weight.
Taxes and customs
Delivery estimates exclude unconfirmed tax and customs charges. The reviewed quote identifies any applicable duty, VAT, handling or optional insurance charge. Automatic tax calculation is not active until the merchant’s tax registrations and actual collection rules are configured.
EU low-value imports are subject to the temporary €3 per-item customs duty introduced on July 1, 2026; VAT and applicable service fees can also apply. The charge follows customs item categories and is not automatically one fee per parcel. Current route acceptance and tax treatment are reviewed before payment.

If a delivery attempt fails, contact support promptly. The supplied carrier notes include destination-specific redelivery charges and response windows, commonly 14 days and 20 days for Canada. This service does not promise an international return to the sender.
The carrier’s loss, damage and compensation conditions govern the merchant’s carrier claim. Fragile-item damage and delay may not be covered by the carrier. Those carrier conditions do not remove your applicable consumer rights; we review your order and evidence directly.
