The little details

Custom Figurine Style Guide

Nine documented cartoon directions, with product-specific checks.

Soft Cute, Sweet and Cool, and Laid-back Cartoon

Soft Cute uses rounded, gentle proportions. Sweet and Cool balances an expressive face with a more fashion-led character. Laid-back Cartoon has a calmer, less exaggerated expression. Style selection is a request for review, not permission to change the photographed pose or outfit.

Animated, Clay-look, Finger-person and Square-head

Animated Cartoon uses expressive animation-like proportions without a licensed character affiliation. Clay-look Cartoon describes a modeled visual texture on resin. Finger-person Cartoon is a distinct stylized direction, not a body-proportion or size promise. Square-head Cartoon gives the head a geometric outline. These are distinct design treatments; review the prepared result before approval.

Small Monster and Semi-realistic

Small Monster Cartoon emphasizes large eyes and a stylized face. Semi-realistic retains more natural features, with documented single-person examples at 8 and 10 cm. It is not offered below 8 cm in this configurator. Framed creative figurines and spring rockers use Soft Cute; realistic pet formats are separate.

Product and subject combinations

The style guide shows single-person examples. It does not establish every style for every subject, pet species or creative format. Your selected combination is reviewed before quotation. The exact product, subject and selected style are checked together.

Comparing custom figurine styles

Compare the face proportions and silhouette in the catalog examples below. The style name requests a design direction; its examples do not confirm every possible subject combination. Review the actual prepared version rather than treating an example as your finished commission.

Finger-person and product-specific limits

Finger-person Cartoon is one of the nine documented directions. Its single-person style guide includes its own sample size and weight figures, shown with the other style cards below. These sample figures do not replace a product configuration weight range; use the product table for the exact product, subject count and size.

Semi-realistic display examples are described at 8 and 10 cm. The hanging-figurine style list excludes Semi-realistic. Soft Cute is the documented style for framed display figures and spring rockers; human relief portraits use cartoon styling, while pure pet relief portraits can also use Realistic.

Soft Cute

Rounded, gentle shapes, childlike proportions, cream-like low-saturation colors and a soft, cheerful expression.

Colorful clothing helps the outfit remain readable.

Sweet and Cool

A sweet face with sharper fashion styling, star-like eye catchlights, long curled lashes and more defined makeup.

Use colorful clothing and a clear reference of the intended makeup.

Laid-back Cartoon

A calm, detached expression, lower-saturation colors and pupils without bright catchlights.

Colorful clothing and a calm expression suit the documented direction.

Animated Cartoon

Full, rounded three-dimensional shapes, lively color and a small rounded nose.

Use colorful clothing and a clear front-facing reference.

Clay-look Cartoon

Rounded forms with a fine handmade clay-like visual texture, retro puppet character and soft matte appearance. The printed material remains resin.

Colorful clothing helps the small modeled shapes read clearly.

Finger-person Cartoon

A simplified cylindrical torso and limbs, minimal facial features and plain lines, with a deliberately endearingly awkward puppet-like silhouette.

Use colorful clothing and a full-body reference so the simple silhouette is visible.

Square-head Cartoon

An oversized square head, simple black round eyes, reduced facial detail and a small, slim body.

Use colorful clothing and keep the face unobstructed.

Small Monster Cartoon

A large rounded head, expressive eyes and playful monster details such as small fangs or freckles.

Colorful clothing and expressive styling suit this direction.

Semi-realistic

More natural, detailed facial features on a larger head and a rounded cartoon body, combining portrait detail with stylized proportions.

Use a sharp facial reference and avoid complex expressions. The documented single-person examples are 8 or 10 cm.

Read style-sample weights correctly

The style handbook illustrates each direction with a single-person display sample. Its size and weight ranges are useful comparisons of silhouette and volume, rather than the product weight for every pet, couple, hanging charm or scene. Use the exact product configuration table for an order. Semi-realistic samples are limited to 8 and 10 cm; hanging figure styles exclude Semi-realistic.
